Gauthier Challenge

I have been inspired by this year’s Centennial celebration of the College of Law at Loyola University New Orleans. I have faith that together we can help ensure that Loyola graduates can continue the tradition of excellence in pursuit of justice that I saw in the work of my husband, Wendell, Loyola Law Class of 1970, and that I continue to see in the work of my daughter Celeste, Loyola Law Class of 1995.

The law school is an important part of Loyola’s Faith in the Future campaign,  which launched publicly on October 9, 2014.  In the campaign, the College of Law is focused now on establishing scholarships and creating a Center for Law Practice Readiness, which will help to ensure that our Loyola law students receive an outstanding Jesuit legal education that prepares them to thrive professionally, even in a very competitive job market.

For the Gauthier Law Centennial Challenge, I commit to giving $100,000 to endow a Loyola College of Law scholarship, if 200 Loyola Law alumni join me as donors between now and December 31, 2014.

To qualify for my challenge, your gift of $20.14, $100.00, or more, can go to any fund at Loyola’s College of Law, but please keep in mind scholarships, the Center for Law Practice Readiness, or the Law Dean’s Fund as special priorities.

Please show your Faith in the Future of the College of Law by making your gift today.

Thank you for your consideration. Your support makes Loyola stronger.

Sincerely,

Anne Gauthier
