In reaction to the BP oil spill, Women of the Storm unveiled the “Be the One” video campaign, created and funded by the group and featuring an array of national celebrities committed to coastal restoration. Mrs. Milling remains active in many causes, especially those related to wetlands restoration and flood protection on the Gulf Coast.
